1) For smooth and powerful acceleration, CONTINUOUS ACTIVE thigh switching is key to build momentum.

2) Active, big yet relax arm strokes will improve power. More importantly, coordinate the force that the legs are putting through the ground. Being stiff will “kill” the harmony.

3) Staying “low” is good, but thinking of “pressing” ur body low will prevent the body and hips to extend fully, thus crashing into the ground. Instead of thinking low, thinking “long” may help!

Han Feng has always been an avid golfer and goes f Han Feng has always been an avid golfer and goes for gym PT sessions to work on his strength! Soon after, he found himself fitter but stagnant with his golf performance and started seeking somewhere else. That’s when he chanced upon us!

Through his consultation with us, we noticed that he has a generic program all these while and that was limiting his performance. As such, we redesigned his strength session with mobility exercises, specific strength and power training, and the rest is history!

Now - he is fitter and equipped with better physical abilities and lowered his handicap score!
