Objective is to allow athletes to build athleticism and understand how to apply them into their sport.

Day 4 of 4 was for all athletes.

What a great turn out and a lot of gems 💎 drop!

- Understand what strength training means
- Learnt how to “brace” and involve their core during movements
- Have better awareness and control with their movements
- Strengthen movements to be more athletic for their sport
