WHO IS THIS FOR?
It is designed for athletes who wants to take their sporting performance to a new level!
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR KIDS?
Absolutely! It is also safe for kids. Our strength classes are designed to teach proper technique in handling resistance (weights, bands etc.) and focuses on improving athleticism. On top of that, it helps to strengthen their body (muscles and tendons) to resist external forces that goes through their body during sprinting, jumping and throwing.
HOW BIG IS THE CLASS SIZE?
Kids: 10-12 pax
Youth: 10 pax
Class size is kept small to ensure high touch point by our strength specialist to ensure lesson is conducted in a safe and meaningful manner.
WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE CLASS?
Kids: 1 Hour
Youth: 1.5 Hours
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND?
We encourage at least 1x weekly as much as possible for consistency and to reap the benefits of such class.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “UNLIMITED” AND “TERM” PACKAGES
Unlimited package is billed monthly during each term*, while Term packages is a special bundle for the duration of the whole term.
Why are the packages designed this way? As proper strength training is often neglected in sports training (or not at all), therefore we are here to fill in the gap to ensure athletes gain the benefits of strength training with regular attendance.
*Duration varies from term to term.
HOW LONG IS EACH TERM?
