The patterns and exercises in this plan are key foundational pieces that you’ll be be able to build off of for future, more advanced exercises. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s had prior experience but seemingly runs into plateaus frequently or gets injured on a regular basis, this program is the one for you.
This program is 4-weeks long. Each phase (cycle) are progressive and builds upon the previous phase so that you are continuously moving better, getting stronger and perform better in your sport!
The program comes with access to a personalized document where you’ll find the program where you can follow, update and be accountable to your coach.
Prior to the start of the program, there will be 1-2 mandatory in-person sessions ($100 per session) with the coach assigned to assess, evaluate and have better understanding of the program. Option to have it online is available and will be discussed with the coach.
