IS THIS A GROUP CLASS?
No. You will have your own personalised program that’s written by your coach and will be working along side with other athletes during the session.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
It is for serious athletes (age 16 and above) who are competing in a sport and wants to elevate their sporting performance through AMP.
HOW LONG IS THE COMMITMENT PERIOD?
Every membership is a 3 month commitment period.
DO YOU HAVE SPEED PROGRAM FOR ADULTS?
Absolutely. It is conducted weekly on a Wednesday by our speed specialist and is suitable for athletes who wants to ramp up their speed skill and power!
WHO WILL BE COACHING ME DURING THE SESSION?
The coach who writes your program may not always be the one coaching when you’re in the gym. Rest assured that there will be a speed and strength specialist coach at every session to guide and monitor your session.
IS THERE RECOVERY INCLUDED?
Yes. In your membership (Basic or Pro), you can use the recovery room 1x time every month.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “BASIC” AND “PRO”
In both Basic and Pro memberships, you will get:
- 2x group training sessions per week
- Individualised program
- 1x recovery session/month
For Pro, you will get:
- 1x speed training sessions/week conducted by our speed coach
ARE THERE TESTING DURING AMP?
Yes, there will be a pre and post test done during the period of 12 weeks. Specifics of test items will be discussed and decided by your coach.
