Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s had prior experience but seemingly runs into plateaus frequently or gets injured on a regular basis, this program is the one for you.
This program is 4-weeks long. Each phase (cycle) are progressive and builds upon the previous phase so that you are continuously moving better, getting faster and perform better in your sport!
The program comes with access to a personalized document where you’ll find the program where you can follow, update and be accountable to your coach.
In this program, it includes 1-2 sessions where you will join a group (schedule) and meet the coach for in-person coaching session. You may choose which day to attend, while we recommend it to be done on your first session when you embark on this journey.
